You are invited to use the MrTickTock (the "Service") on the basis of the terms and conditions of use set out below ("Terms of Service/TOS").

By entering and using the Service you are deemed to have read and accepted these TOS. If you do not accept these TOS or any part of them, you should not use the Service.

The TOS may be updated from time to time (without notice). Your continued use of the Service following such change demonstrates your agreement to be bound by the modified TOS. If you do not agree to any change to the TOS, then you must immediately stop using the Service.

Description of the Service

MrTickTock is a web-based time tracking service with set of corresponding tools like mobile application and desktop gadget. Your use of the Service is your sole risk. The service is provided on "as is" and "as available" basis, however we will do our best to provide you with a over 99% uptime of the service. The average uptime in the past was ~99.9%.

Eligibility

You must provide a valid email address to complete the sign-up process. You may need to provide us with other information like account/company name, timezone, etc. in order to make the service working correctly. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your account. If you want to know how we protect your privacy, please read privacy policy.

We can delete all accounts without valid email addresses (and related data) without prior notification.

Payment Terms

MrTickTock is free for small groups of users.

We charge bigger groups per user according to current pricing.

Payments are processed monthly by FastSpring , Santa Barbara, CA 93101, US.

Modification to Fees and Services

We reserve the right to change Service fees upon 30 days notice from us.

We reserve the right to discontinue the Service of any account upon 30 days notice by us.
It is our right to protect privacy of users and discontinue the Service to all suspicious and breaking law parties without prior notification.

Your Responsibility

You will indemnify and hold MrTickTock and its affiliates, employees and users harmless from and against any loss, liability, and expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) suffered or incurred by reason of any claims, proceedings or suits based on or arising out of the use of the Service.

In particular you are obliged to protect privacy and data of yours and other users, do not steal other users' data, do not hack and hurt the Service, and pass information on found security and privacy issues to us immediately.

Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for the proper cancellation of your account. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking the "Delete Account" link located in the application footer and following the on-screen instructions. Any other way of communicating cancellations is not considered. There will be no refund if you cancel the Service before the end of your current, paid-up period, and you will not be charged thereafter.

There is no cancellation fee.

Cancellation is immediate, but your data is kept for at least one week for safety reasons (you can still access your account and data in that time).

The TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and MrTickTock and governs your use of the Service.

Email notifications

We do not send Spam or frequent irritating messages.

We can send you from time to time infrequent notifications about new versions of the Service, changes to Privacy Policy or other important messages.

In order to configure automatic notifications go to the Settings page in the Service.

Our rights

Your reviews shared directly with us on any channel (email, twitter, etc.) may be posted online and used for marketing purposes.

We will not share any biographical information such as name, alias, or location without your consent.
